Hypnosis is more than visualization. It is a mind-body experience. Neuroscience research has shown that hypnotic suggestions can influence brain activity involved in seeing, imagining movement, and experiencing our bodies.
This creates opportunities for guided practice in a safe setting, “off the field,” that can feel remarkably real. We can imagine not only what a different outcome might look like, but what it might feel like to experience it.

A personal plan, with support
After our intro call, I develop a flexible, custom plan of six 55-minute virtual sessions, in which a client “chooses their own adventure” using hypnosis to meet their very specific objectives. Athletes, executives and students usually want to jump right in. These sessions can also address common goals, such as test-taking or being comfortable with public speaking. In between live sessions, and for ongoing support, brief phone calls and texts are also included.
